uninstall the Titan GPS Enable CAB, soft reset, then re-install. Worked for me.

please someone help me out. Phone is stuck at rainbow screen and will not connect to pc

I don't know what the heck I'm doing wrong. It just hangs at 1% during the flash. I've tried twice with the correct unlocker. I guess I will just have to wait for a developed rom too.

Hmm.

ActiveSync won't establish a connection in the middle of the unlocking process. You just disconnect the phone, then reconnect, then press enter.

I also got an error pop-up saying something about unable to establish connection. I clicked OK and the unlocker closed and my phone reset, but all was well. Went straight to the bootloader and was able to install the Alltel ROm w/out a problem.

It stays at 1% for a while, and then it will restart a few times when it gets to 10-11%. You just gotta hang in there.

it did not give me a option to continue it just said exit and went back to the dos menu

Alright, a little update on mine.

I Hard-reset again, this time not planning on caring about my GPS at all. I installed the files, but didn't try accessing anything, installed a ton of regular programs.
Then I figured what the hell and started Google Maps, and went to Use Gps, this time it can't lock on a sat, but it was able to initialize the thing... I can't test it anymore for a few hours, i have to rebuild a server, but will post more when I can.

I followed the directions in post 1, and it worked perfectly.
I'm on Google Maps. 1st time took about 1min to get a lock, now it locks faster.
I'm definitely on RevA also.
Now I'm really looking forward to a 6.1 Rom, or maybe this being added to the new kitchen from PPCKitchen.org.

sorry, but it went from 3-10 pages in like 5 minutes, is this alltel rom a 6.1 rom? not sure if im ready to give up threaded sms for GPS. and im pretty sure that Detroit isnt a REV-A area o.o.
