Found on XDA... fix for WM6-6.1:

You need to add this to the registry: Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\OEM\PhoneSetting\
Add a dword key "TrustTimeZoneField" and give it a dword value of 0

Soft reset and next SMS would show the correct time!

If this is supposed to be a fix for the wrong time on incoming SMS messages, it doesn't work.

I applied the reg edit as suggested, soft-reset, sent myself a text message, and still have the same problem.
Please link the thread where you found this info.

posted new rom, 613 finally!!! WDMC works, WL push works on startup, and seems way faster. Let me know

I got the Bell Music store to work by installing it from this link:

I just clicked yes to all the permission requests and it worked perfectly, it even recognized my current subscription and let me download a song. But for some reason it won't save the update or luanch from the control panel. As far as I can tell its there but it luanches the Sprint one when you launch from the control panel anyways.

so this is phone carrier independent?

im using the microSD bootloader method, and it shows "Loading" for about 30 seconds and seems like it cant read the microSD card or the file and then shows "SERIAL" on the 3 color screen, hmm

looks like it doesnt like 2 nbh files in there, so i renamed my old backup img file to nbh2

ill let you know how it works
