phew well that took a little bit of time. k so as a result of not really knowing a lot about each of the programs (though i went to a few homepages to see if i could scrap some necessary info), im not sure if all the links/exes are in the right spots, so plz excuse me and let me know if i really screwed up lol which i may have.

the main problem was with the calc98 app, the link you gave provided an exe, out of which i was able to extract a cab. the only problem was that im not exactly sure that the cab contained all the necessary files. i googled it to find a plain cab option and found a few, but im not sure if i trust them.

and...no i dont think that anyone has done that. i was just looking into how to do it, but as im not all that good with making oems into cabs (can only do very simple ones right now), im afraid i cant help you out there either.

you should be able, however, to just copy the .jar/.jar files that are downloadable from operas site onto your phone and run them thru java.
