alright well i finally jumped over to that thread and had a look -- good to see you got things going.

everyone else: dont worry about the unlocker working very quickly -- that is not a bad thing, its just fast when it actually does the update, with the 0-100% bar.

everyone else: dont worry about it not showing your current rom image when you are in the ROMUpdateUtility.exe part, there is no reason to worry, that is not important.

Re: Flashing How To

im having a problem flashing. Im running vista, so i've followed the instructions, renamed the file, then when i do the camera+power+reset It just stays in the bootloader menu.

phone is unlocked, it says VOGU100
SPL-0.40.Coke
CPLD-3

then in the white part of the screen it says serial

it doesn't do anything on its own...

any ideas?

try removing/reinserting the sd card, and c if that helps. i assume you're trying the sd method? also, make sure to have the card formatted as fat32.

my best suggestion would be to pm pnyce777 and see if he can help you out as I have no experience with the method myself (sorry :S ), then post back your results and how you worked with him to get it done.

good luck, feel free to post any more questions that you might have.
