First, make sure you have Vogue: Remove battery to see model number MP6900SP is shown there. If the SP ending is missing, it might still be okay to flash the stock ROM from Sprint with CDMA radio 'update' in it. After installation, you can then flash to a custom ROM for your local carrier. Official filename of stock ROM is:

RUU_PPST_Vogue_SPRINT_WWE_3.03.651.4_2_Radio_3.42. 30_AM_NV_2.04_Ship.exe
