PLEASE HELP ME!! my htc vogue does´t exit from the bootloader screen-tricolor screen

these data are saying on the screen, I tried everything to resusite, but does not work, please help me I would appreciate friends, thansk

I Don not have the stock rom!! i am from venezuela, my carrier is Movilnet! what can I do?

First, make sure you have Vogue: Remove battery to see model number MP6900SP is shown there. If the SP ending is missing, it might still be okay to flash the stock ROM from Sprint with CDMA radio 'update' in it. After installation, you can then flash to a custom ROM for your local carrier. Official filename of stock ROM is:

RUU_PPST_Vogue_SPRINT_WWE_3.03.651.4_2_Radio_3.42. 30_AM_NV_2.04_Ship.exe
