extracting .nbh

ok, I have a problem.I need to clock my phone and I don't have a pc, just a mac. I need to extract the .nbh from the stock sprint shipped rom to clock. Used to do this with my pc with right clicking .exe and exploring. can't do this now. can someone tell me how to do it on my touch pro or a mac? that or can someone post just the .nbh from a stock shipped sprint rom? thanks guys
