Alltel TP...want to try sense 2.5...need some advice

So I have spent the past 2 days in my spare time lurking the CDMA upgrade section reading through the posts on indagroove's & NRG's sense 2.5 ROMS.

I'm interested in flashing a sense ROM to my Alltel TP, but wanted to get some input from other Alltel TP users. I have a few days off for the Thanksgiving holiday, so I figured it would be a good time to try these ROMS out.

From what I have read, groove's seems to be more stable, but is using 6.5.1 (not a big fan of the bottom winmo taskbar with touchflo from the screenshots) and it looks like he is about to go to the TP2, so no more updates. NRG's gives the option of the 21xxx 6.5 that to me looks better to me w/o the huge finger friendly taskbar at the bottom, but seems to need more tweaking to get working right (not saying that's a bad thing.)

I'm not trying to start a "which ROM is better post", I'm just looking for some opinions....especially from Alltel users. I have a backup routine that allows me to flash/restore to my last setup easily, so I am willing to try both (and probably will).......Just curious on what others think.

Really you just need to F2FO ( Flash 2 Find Out) and see which 1 you like. Although I don't have Alltel I have had both and both have it's negative and good points. Just depends on what you want to deal with and what you like.

Just make sure you do the Flash Dance w/each flash.

Indagrooves works great its what im currently running on my alltel tp
Oh and the new layout grows on you after awhile.

I personally recommend RZ's Baseline 2.5 ROM. Very stable and damn near perfect.

I am a Alltel user. I am running EnergyROM 'Photon' 21869. I am waiting for the 28000s to be more reliable. I have also used Mighty ROMs.

I tried the Sense Suite Rom, Loved it! It was pretty stable after one hard reset! I liked it a lot actually. But I had to switch back to stock and relock because I have to go complain to verizon that my FIFTH touch pro is broke now (:
Ughhh this will be fun. Im gonna try and get the Droid Eris

But yeah, give it a try! I liked it a lot. I used it for a few weeks without any problems, and it was a lot better than stock rom. You can always flash to a new one (:
