Metro Beejive

Hey so i am running older version of photon rom and i am on metro . this is only rom where i can get web working good. its rom from oct 22/ if i update it to latest rom of photon or any other rom that has come out this month my opera wont connect. anybody else have this problem at all!!!!? and also my bejjive has not worked since last energy rom that was called energy not photon . What could be causing theses problems, does anybody else have these problems at all. thanks
