After flashing, do i have to re-program?
 

Just a quick question, cause i keep getting occasional text messages to program my phone by dialing *228 to keep service or something from verizon.

i installed energy ROM like a month ago, and im not sure if it will mess up with ROM or what.

Go ahead bro, *228 is for prl and programming it will run fine afterwards :D

i usually do a *228 after every rom flash sometimes if i didn't my data wouldn't work til i did one.

Sometimes i have to reprogram but sometimes the device is working properly after flashing without reprograming.

If you are running a generic carrier ROM (or one built for any other carrier) on a VZW phone chances are you will be asked to reprogram. If the ROM was built specifically for VZW (Think SSK) that is not necessary.
