They're going to look at more than just the loading screen when you take the phone in for returns/repairs. Your best bet would be to flash the whole thing back to stock if you need to return it, and not just try to change the loading screens. Also, you'll want to relock it as well after flashing to stock.

I understand that I would have to return it to stock as well as relocking the phone. However, as I mentioned before, I flashed to stock hoping to reset the screen but it did not work.

I see what you mean now. I misunderstood what you were saying at first. I can honestly say in all the flashing I've done (and I've done a lot... lol) I've never seen stock ROM not return the splash screens to default. That's pretty weird. Let us know if the file that z0mbiexx posted works for you.
