Unlock didn't complete and stuck at "loading" screen
 

Hey guys I need some help. I had to take my TP in to get it replaced under warranty. I just went to unlock the replacement and I ran Raphael_CDMA_HSPL_037.zip phone rebooted to tri screen, made it to loading stayed there, and then my computer lost connection to the phone. Now my phone is stuck and will not got past this loading screen. Can anyone suggest what I can do?

Attempt hard reset. Hold power, volume up and center dpad, and push soft reset with stylus.
Or its possible you can just flash a ROM. Use your storage card for easy flash.

The problem is that you have an nbh file on your mem card. Move the nbh file from the root or delete it or take the mem card out, then you will not have that problem anymore. :)

Actually he should just remove the mem card, redo the unlocker and then when it is finished put the memory card back in to flash the rom.

He has an nbh file on the mem card. His phone is locked. That's why he's getting the "Loading" screen. As I already mentioned, his options are to move the nbh file from the root or delete it or to take the mem card out. Then, he will be able to proceed.

I am having the same problem and dont know what to do, I cant unlock my phone, I have a referb HTC Touch pro, from Sprint, PLEASE HELP!! Ive tried doing it manually and from the zip file .37 It goes to the tricolor screen and does nothing after that, I have no storage card in the phone, so thats not it, again Please help Someone!

i appreciate the help man, But it didnt work, I had a touch pro before that I unlocked, and flashed roms with no problem, But there is something about this referb phone, I cant even get it unlocked, I have followed every step, Gets stuck at tricolor screen and then says connection error.... im def bummed

which connection error? Have you performed the troubleshooting step in Note#2 of the first post? have you tried going to start-settings-connections-usb to pc, then uncheck box under Activesync? there's a whole unlocking thread with over a thousand posts with people having your same problem. If you just look in there, you will find help much better then this thread that only has 9 posts.
