Re: TP Replacements
Warranty or Insurance repair is required to provide you with a comparable phone.
At a minimum I'd get a full keyboard, touch screen, VGA resolution, microSD slot, and windows or android OS. No Sprint phones other than a TP, TP2, Hero, or Moment have VGA screens. Of those, the hero doesn't have a keyboard. I'd be persistent about the last three and expect that your TP is replaced with a TP. |

Re: TP Replacements
Advanced exchange is your friend: https://indirect3.sprint.com/apps/ad...&FROM_SPRINT=Y
It'll default to a TP. |

Hung up, went to my repair center, recieved another TP this morning. I've never gotten a great person on my first attempt. It always takes a couple tries just to get what you deserve. |

Re: TP Replacements
Got sprint to give me another TP but they told me that I couldn't go back to them if the phone have any issues because that the phone has problems but I still wanted it. Basically they said when the phone breaks or screws up, don't come b***in to us.
Im like wtf they offer me these crappy smart phones that are not a compatible exchange for the TP and then when I say screw that just give me another TP they tell me don't come back if the phone has issues, seriously now? |

Re: TP Replacements
If you have TEP and it breaks, they must provide you with a model with equal features. If you have it under warranty and it breaks, the manufactuer is under the same obligation.
Keep notes and a paper trail and be ready to press, not freak out, if they balk on future replacement devices. |
