Help me recover from an incorrect ROM flash?

Hey all, I just realized that I flashed my Touch Pro with a Touch Diamond ROM. (in my [weak] defense I'm home sick and hopped up on DayQuil)

Is there any way I can recover from this mess-up? When I power my phone on it stops at the TOUCH Pro screen, displaying my radio and ROM versions. I've done the hard reset a few time, but of course that's not going to correct what I've done.

Any assistance or pointer to a thread that covers this would be much appreciated..

For background: the phone's unlocked, I haven't had issues in the past, used to run Mighty Rom.. *sigh*

just hold down the volume down key and power button adn while still holding these reset the phone while holding it should boot up into the tri color screen then flash to a pro rom

Pull the battery, and put it back in. Then hold the volume down button and push the power button. This will force to bootloader mode. Then you can flash any new rom from that state.
