ROM wont load, stays at 0% and then error
 

I know im gonna get killed on here by you guys but I searched the "how to" forums and ive flashed phones 5-7 times before and never had any problem. I tried 3 different ROMs so I know its not that. Everytime I get to the 0% screen on my phone and computer it never loads and it just says there is an error. Any help for what I am doing wrong without being a complete donkey about it? Thanks in advance.

99% you have to unlock first

I thought that too but it says (on the tri color screen) at the top "Security Unlocked" Do you still think thats what I need to do? Thanks

I would suggest installing a stock carrier rom (the .exe kind that re-locks your spl) and after it's finished all customizations re-unlock, flash custom rom again.

it will always say that.... if it says "spl.0000", you need to unlock... if it says "spl.cmonex", then you're unlocked
i can almost guarantee that's your problem
