well they are still trying to charge me 100 for a treo pro or bb tour....i said f that.....they saids its comparable i said no its not. i tried a second time and got a different rep but still no budge.

Mine had to talk with her supervisor. I think they need special permission

confirmed just called 15 min ago.. assurion and will receive my touch pro 2 tomorrow the guy offered me a treo said nop.the reason i bought the touch pro cuz of keyboard not even comparable..and i also said that i have physical damage on ma phone....

what the fudge, thats three people a go, and me a no....its almost gonna be impossible to call a 3rd time since the last chick said she was going to keep the order open.

easy!! just call back and tell them the chick offered u a tp2 and you just wanted to see what 1 it was online before u made a decision...if they argue talk to a supervisor.
