Cannot relock TP!

Hello everyone,

So I don't know what else to do. My phone warranty expires in a couple of days and I cannot relock my phone. I tried installing the stock rom that was shipped with this (exe, not dumped), I had 1.03.15F radio installed, and it would not relock.

I reinstalled the rom again, still didn't work. I then downloaded the latest from HTC's website, tried the relocker and it didn't work.

When I ran the relocker strait from the RUU application, it would get into the bootloader and just hang at 0%. If I put it on my SD card and manually went into the bootloader, it would hang at "loading....." and I would need to reinstall my OS rom.

Please help, I don't know what to do and I need to get this phone fixed soon. Thank you very much for your help!
