May want to check out Call Bouncer... Seems simple yet functional... No bells and whistles, just add phone numbers the the list to have them blocked...

All my calls go through Google Voice, and GV already has call blocking in it which is pretty cool.
I have Sprint Call Home too - last month I used like 20 minutes on my plan, and 2700 minutes to "Call Home" FOR FREE
