Returning Phone - Relock Question (unique Q)

I did a search but can't really find what I am looking for.

I am returning phone. I just ran the new rom (HTC Touch Pro (Sprint)-SprintTouchProMR2.01.651.6.exe) from the HTC website for my touch pro.

Do I still need to use the relocker? (Raphael_CDMA_Relocker.exe)

The bootloader screen reads
