Touch Pro Text Forwarding

I have done a search and browsed a few post already. If it is out there please drop a link for me. Here is the challenge: The option in my Sprint Touch Pro ( original ) to forward text is now shaded out. I have not forwarded a text since mid Sept. When I went to do one a few moments ago.
Both areas with the option were shaded out and I could not forward. I have checked all settings. With no Luck. More annoying then anything. Any input?

If you are trying to forward just an individual msg, open the conversation and use the dpad to scroll and select the particular msg (should highlight a transparent blue). Once that is done, press the right softkey and forward should be enabled.

Sneaky way of forwarding. Still would be nice if they had the option highlighted from the message list. Thus allowing you to forward the entire message. My original Touch Pro was that way. And this one did that back in August. Who knows.. but this works fine for me.. Thanks again!
