weird issue with ending calls on TP

sometimes when browsing contacts, i'll accidentally start calling someone I didn't intend to,
so i'll hit the end button or the end call on the screen a couple times frantically,


it will go back to the tf3d home screen,
but i will still hear it ringing,


if i go into the dialer, it is as if i am not even on the phone,
the only way to get out of the call is to try turning off the phone or unhooking the battery,


is this something with tachi dialer acting up?
how can I fix this?
do I have to turn off tachi?
