i have had no luck. i went to the store in dc...(3rd party which winded up being a repair store.) they said i could get a snap or a bb. i was just like gimme my phone back. tried to call...they still wouldnt budge. even spoke to retentions. i read about the alexandria store...i was gonna try tysons today. the advanced exchange website is down also. i keep trying there to see if they are swapping them out. my phone is all bad...this will be the 3rd one fml

I had mine replaced over the phone on friday...per UPS is out for delivery now :headbang:

Damn, I tried for the first time Friday morning over the phone and they were OOS. They have said on the record they would replace for tp2 though. Now I am just waiting for them to call me saying it has been ordered. Fingers-crossed.

Good luck... I've been trying and I don't see it happening anytime soon.
Tysons, No way... you have a better chance of getting one over the phone.

I've always had better luck working with people on the phone then the folks at the tyson store. If you do get a touch pro 2, please PM me and let me know how you convinced them.
