New Sprint Rom Hack/flash Question

Hi all,
Long time reader/not that many poster and i have a question.

my phone's keyboard busted so i reflashed to stock and brought it in to the sprint store, and they gave me a refurbed model(which looks brand new).

I did a hard reset and looked and it has 0.40 as the locked line which my previous phone had a different value.

So will there be a newer version fo the relocker so that if this phone craps out as well i can return it to stock?
