Sprint TP on VZW ROM Upgrade

I currently have a Sprint TP working on VZW with no problems. I would like to upgrade to a WinMo 6.5 ROM. I had done this in the past without activation issues. The only issue I had was that text messages were being sent multiple times.

Since my phone is already activated and in VZW's system can I do a complete 100% wipe of the phone, add the 6.5 ROM of my choice, and not have any reactivation issues?
