Touch Pro and Ford SYNC Texting

I have an F-150 that has the Ford SYNC system built in. It has the ability to read text messages to me. However when I try to do it it tells me that my phone does not support that feature.
Does anyone know if there is any way to make my touch pro send the texts over bluetooth so my truck will read them to me?
Thanks in advance

Same boat, both my old Mogul and my Touch PRO never would let me do the text message features. You'd think that Microsoft would make their two products work together....just saying is all. lol :???:

I wonder if a "Audio Gateway" software like "Blue Tooth Audio"...that will force a open connection to your sync will work....try it cant hurt.

Edit: I found it for you....please give us the pros/cons I am wondering also how the Audio Gateway interacts with Sync.

Thanks for the suggestion.
I installed the Blue Tooth Audio and I didnt make any difference. It still tells me that "no phone that supports text messaging is avaliable"
