so i tried to do the sd card method, but when i do the reset, it flashes the 3 colored screen, then flashes a grey screen, then goes back to the 3 colored screen... what does this mean????](*,)

download the rom again and try again.

Is your card formatted to FAT32?
Did you rename the RUU_Signed file to RAPHIMG?
Once it is in the tri-colored screen (Bootloader), it should then go to a grey screen and you should see a progress bar.
