Google Maps GPS and EnergyROM

Does anyone else have issues with getting accurate GPS results with Google Maps? I've been flashing new radios like crazy and NOTHING is working well. The coordinates are WAY off and don't update very quickly when in transit.

I've tried this with different ROMs and different radios and the results are almost always the same. THEY STINK!

I'm currently on the 1/27 ROM and still have no luck. I have enabled AGPS and renewed the QuickGPS service too.

Is my GPS broken or is there something I'm missing?
