Creating Wikipedia shortcut?

I looked and could not find anything on how to possibly do this. If its been addressed before I apologize in advance.

I would like a shortcut to Wikipedia that opens in my default browser (opera) with a Wikipedia logo since I can't seem to find a good wikipedia app that is not the whole db thrown on your storage card.

Facebook has a link on their mobile page to put a facebook shortcut on your phone and it shows up in the programs list. If I could get a wikipedia shortcut in the programs list I can create a shortcut to it.

I use SPB Mobile Shell 3.0 on my Touch Pro btw.
