Manila 2.5 VGA FULL SCREEN!
 

I saw this on XDA for manila 2.5. I have been waiting for TF3D to go full screen since it came out and hopefully this can be ported to Touch pro.

Well I tried it out and its still pretty buggy but it will be awesome as soon as all the kinks are worked out. Making it full screen really helps with Manila 2.5 on the Touch Pro! Check out the video I made:

Here is the exact ROM I used and cab file but please note that this version of manila 2.5 is not completely ported. Still cool to test and beautiful to see!

Hey, thanks for posting up the video man! Looks really sweet. I'll pass on trying it for now though. Unfortunately I have to stick to stable roms. I wish I had a backup touch pro to test this stuff out on....

It really wasn't all that unstable actually just the full screen part. I'm just happy to see it working at all, and if I can put it together I'm sure we'll get a fully stable full screen manila 2.5 any day now :headbang:

Full screen looks nice but how are you supposed to see your battery or reception? Also how do you access the start menu?

If you click the white tab on the bottom in the middle it will show you the normal menu bars with your signal, battery and start menu. Personally I never look at my reception and only check the battery every few hours.

See the little semi-circle tab at the bottom center of the screen, tap that and the task bars appear.

and this is where having the verizon touch pro really hurts as I am pretty cofident that my phone will not run that, heck I have to disable the dialer to get tf3d working okay :( anyone know if some pigs started flying today and verizon tp will run okay on this.

I believe this Manila 2.5 ROM is GSM but have no idea if it will work for the vzn tp:
