Category/Calendar Editing...

Does anyone know how to remove a category from the contact listing? I was able to do it once before but for some reason I cannot seem to figure it out to save my life...lol....There are some categories that were preset with the phone and I dont use them (Holiday and Seasonal), and I and I would like to get rid of them...its kinda annoying. Also...when I click on Calendar it takes me "Agenda" View instead of "Month" like I set it to be...Every time I click on Calendar it takes me to "Agenda View" ...is there anyway to fix that as well?...I tried looking through Resco Reg. to see if I could find anything and I wasnt able to...If anyone could help me it would be great...Thanks...
