Why TP wake up all the time?

Since day one of my TP, it wakes up all the time. I heard people said when the phone goes in and out of roaming it will do that? But it does it very often.

Sprint Stock Radio:
Rx Power = -98 to -102 dbm
Rx Ec/Io = 25 db

Does the above considered as bad signal?
