Keep music going after suspending

Is there a tweak that allows me to just shut the screen off, but not fully suspend, with the power button, so that it does not stop the music from playing in tcpmp or core player?

Or otherwise, is there a tweak that causes an htc touch pro not to shut music from third party programs down when suspending?
