hard key vibration??

I have three TP's & one of them is doing the vibration thing when I push any of the hard buttons (I hate this)

In the other two TP's, I have a setting in settings/personal/buttons/vibration/ to turn this off, but in this one the setting isn't there.

Does anybody know the regedit to turn this 'feature" off??
