I attempted to avoid the refurb phone for a NIB TP, but Sprint claims they only have refurb TPs for replacements... So I HIGHLY doubt that they are gonna hand over a TP2 because you're keyboard broke. Best advise is to take the phone to a service center and have them replace the keyboard... you may get lucky and get a NIB TP handed to you in an hour. |

Re: Touch Pro Dead=Touch Pro 2?
*UPDATE*
Took my TP w/dead keyboard into the corporate store today, and in an hour, I had a spanking brand new...... keyboard! The service tech said this problem is so widespread that they shipped all the corporate stores extra keyboards for TPs that may be coming in with this problem. The new keyboard feels good, and types fast. One last note... is it more than a coincidence that HTC is sending Sprint these spare keyboards around the same time that the TP2 is released? I don't think it is... |

Re: Touch Pro Dead=Touch Pro 2?
If I'm going through Asurion and not Sprint do you think I would have a different result? Ive heard tales of Asurion doing upgrades on phones if you give them enough ****. And if it means I can get this useless thing out of my pocket, **** I will give them.

Re: Touch Pro Dead=Touch Pro 2?
