Scratched up!!

Hello everybody! I was wondering if anybody knew how to get a new phone without paying for anything from Sorint. My touch is scratched up from it dropping out of my holding case when I thought it was secure. I hate a scratched up phone which is why I'm posting here to see what I can do.

If the keyboard breaks you can get a refurb.

without paying anything? probably not... like fr0st said though... just pray that your keyboard quits :)
first thing i'd recommend, though, is to get a new case. the stock one sucks noodles

The case I have used for the last 5 years is a Palm branded horizontal leather case.

I will the the immoral person here and tell you that if you have TEP with Sprint and take it in, tell them that things are wrong with it...They will look, not find anything and hopefully give u a new one or refurb. this is YMMV.
