Touch Pro - Calls Drop Right Away when Answering

I've had my touch pro for a while now and I just thought this might be a reception issue. Normally things like this don't drive me crazy cuz I'll just call the person back, but my phone will drop an incoming call about 30% of the time when it is ringing and I answer.

I will push to answer the call (slide to answer on mightyrom, but i've had this problem before too), and instead of going to the 'phone' screen where I could talk to the person, it will just go back to the home screen, with a ! notification that I missed a call.

Anyone know if this is a busted phone or if there's a fix for this?
