DATa ON mEtRo

hello. i just added internet to my plan . i have an htc touch pro sprint version. and have it on metro. I have bean trying to get this working bymyslef but cant get it to work.I FOund the ryanfullmogul cab thingy and instlled it and then did the settings in the connection of metropcss to my ten digit number and password thing. then when i go to turn on DATA in COMM manager it just comes up with error popup thing saying #777 cant connect. ANy help?
