Keyboard issue, need help reflashing stock

My keyboard has stopped working, so I need to take my touch pro into Sprint for warranty service.

I know this has been covered, but can't find the information I need via search.

I think I've successfully flashed back to stock rom & radios. How can I check the versions? What should they be?
