HTC Touch Pro, Rom 2x Faster?

Hi guys,

I already read Tuch Pro Cleanup and Essentials.

I would like to know, what ROM, can I install to my phone that can make it faster without loosing the basic applications?? (like Office Mobile, Sprint Navigation, Sprint TV, Messenger, Youtube, etc.) THANKS!! =D> =D>

PS I dont like customs apps added. I would like to see my basic ROM without innecesary apps and faster and if possible with Windows Mobile 6.5 Thanks

most apps can be added seperately from cab files, so dont get too concerned with a rom that comes with the programs preinstalled. I would be more concerned with one that is fast and stable, and then add your own software after loading the rom. To date, the fastest (by far) WM6.5 rom i have used is the latest silence rom. http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=79970

Its faster than stock by a large margin, more stable IMO, and its WM6.5 with titanium only (i hate manilla, but thats just me). From what ive read, if you want a 6.5 rom that retains manilla (TF3D), psyki is the way to go.

Most apps used in custom roms aren't really "unnecesary"

But if you want a lite ROM I would go with Silence, SsS-lite, or DCD.

You'll have to install a few of these Sprint things you want, but you can find them with a search

u can also try silence's latest. reading the faq qill get you manila if you want it. very fast and light. like mentioned above, the sprint apps are around

well damn, i forgot about that. I guess they did cab up manilla 2.1 and put instructions to install it in the faq. Word on the street is silence has it working flawlessly with rhodium, but i havent seen any word on when hes gonna release it.

+1 for DCD. so fast because it has nothing to slow it down. also because DCD ROCKS
