Should I keep or should I flash?

Hey flash addicts...

I am wanting to flash one of the newer OS builds (23016 or 2302 but I am hesitent to do so. I am currently using Calkulin's 23009 and having no major problems. I was going to wait until he released one of the newer OSs and just upgrade then... but he seems to gone into hiding or something.

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone has any insight as to what is improved from 23009 to 16 or 28. And, if anyone has played with multiple cook versions and has a preference, I would like to hear it. I prefer kitchen, but would consider a ROM.
