Background 4 all tabs

I have tried installing a few of the cabs Ive found for this but none of them seem to work. Anyone know which is the correct cab that will work with Silence/Mighty Rom. Ive searched and looked around and cant get it right so sorry if its out there just cant find it. So any help would be awesome.... then you can delete the thread mods if youd like

another random question If i download a new slider icon, which folder do i put it in?
