I own/manage www.rommersmarket.com, play off of Famer's Market. Currently I've only given access to indagroove for his GrooveROM. I am open to allowing other chefs on as well.

Stop being cheap and pay $11.00 a month and Rapidshare is plenty fast. Everybody wants something for nothing these days. Why should people change how they do things just to please the few? If it was a major problem then everyone would be complaining.

Long story short, I refuse to get internet from DirecTV (satellite, offers a WHOPPING 1.5MegaBIT connection for $80/month... I get about the same from my TP.... Though i should be getting 2.5 on it anyways...
The only internet access I have, as I'm sure plenty other users here, have... Is my TP...
And when I download from RS (which does not allow resume downloading) the smallest connection interruption kills the download... And DDTM is not an option for me seeing as how I make and receive a plethora of business calls throughout the day...

I was gonna post this in the Upgrade forum instead but I know that someone is gonna female dog me about how its not a direct upgrade...

Thanks guys :D

Not to sound like an azz, but using a TP as your main internet connection is why we will start having non unlimited bandwidth.

Stop being cheap? How about you start being realistic and realize that there are many people on ppcgeeks who are students that dont have the funds to cough up an extra $132 a year for downloading. There are many alternatives to rapidshare (megaupload, mediafire, ziddu, 4share, and many others) which have better download speeds. Btw, uploading a rom or program to megaupload or mediafire is MUCH faster than uploading it to rapidshare and Im sure that many users would be happy for quicker downloads and no wait limits, not just the "few" people that you speak of.
