Used PPC kitchen, now i can't get past boot screen.

I recently purchased an HTC Touch Pro Raphael and tried to put a new rom onto it using the PPC Kitchen.
I followed all the instructions on the tutorial and installed the rom onto the phone.
However, when I tried to load the device up, it stayed on the boot screen and stayed there. I left the device on for awhile to see if anything would happen but nothing did.
I hard reset the phone but it still stays on the boot screen.

Is there any one who knows whats wrong with my device?
Is it bricked? Is my device useless now?
