How do I get free apps games watch tv etc help please I'm a geek w/o a geek mind

I know about skyfore for movies but how do I get these tv downloads and free apps games cool stuff like that without these new rom things I don't want to do the Rom that could include all this stuff cause I'll end up messing up my phone doing it wrong or brick it whatever it's called so I just wanted to get free apps games tv movies etc help please I'm a geek without the geek mind who can't figure new technology out and I try try and try I guess I'm a retarded geek LOL please help thanks a lot
