Anybody File a Lost Report with asurion lately?

Does anybody know if they still ask for the affidavitt when you file for a lost phone?

I'm not sure because I never had to file for a lost phone. When my phone was misplaced, I simply told them so and they didn't ask any questions.

No they dont ask for anything if it is lost only if it is stolen. then they will ask for a police report.

i just put in a claim for a phone that was stolen on 7/19, they didn't ask me to do anything. i had a brand new touch pro replacement in my hands on 7/21.

How much did it cost you? Is there a deductable?

there was a $100 deductible (which they charged to my sprint bill). I received a phone brand new in the box w/ accessories

Wow it was a while back that I had mine stolen I dont think it was assurion at that time cuz it was a long time ago. probably it changed.

$100. Some managed to somehow get $50. When I had a replacement a month back, it was $100. It was a NIB device in full retail packaging.
