Cannot view storage card using File Explorer & won't charge when connected via USB

OK, so the other day I could view files on my storage card on my phone just fine, I could also add files to it from my computer when connected via the USB cable...now suddenly today it's broke.

My phone is connected via the cable, and from my computer (Windows XP) I can view/add files to my storage card - but it's a no go on my phone. It's like it doesn't even exist. I have pulled and replaced the card, and I have done a soft reset. What's my next step?


This is on Juicy's second-to-most-recent ROM ... oh yea, and it won't charge via a USB cable right now either.
