touchpro keyboard/screen

sometimes when i use my phone the keyboard is completely non-responsive...it takes a reset or two for it to start working again, i had jus flashed a stock sprint rom to it not too long ago before i flashed mightyrom 4. do u think this could possibly be a hardware problem? p.s cant use warrenty exchange..i have it unlocked to metropcs.

Yea, I've had to keyboards go out. I'm gonna place a bet that you got a few days left before it goes out completely. That's just what has happened to me in the past (past week to be exact)

nice...i guess im going to have to either buy a replacement keyboard or another phone. plus sometimes when i press the standby button the light from the screen will still be on even though its blank..i really like the phone...probably jus get a new one

just call in and tell them your keyboard it out and they should send you a replacement in the mail free of charge.....shouldnt they?

naw it doesnt work like that with metropcs...they dont sell the phone so they wont replace it. n i cnt call sprint cause i dont have service with them. guess i need to make friends with craigslist. the mic in the phone is going bad too...ill be on the phone saying hello and the person cant hear me...tested it to c if it was my phone, so i called my house phone and sometimes it works...sometimes it doesnt...my phone has a mind of its own...time for a new one...or ill go to tmobile and get the touch pro 2
