What Kitchen should I use?

Have a week of free time I am hoping to take that time and learn more about dumping Rom's and cooking up my own with a kitchen. Now I could just fail miserably or learn its not for me. But I want to give it a go and see how far I can take it. So my question is what kitchen is best to work with. IC there is a visual; kitchen now as well...
