Comm Manager problems

OK, I have done a good search of the forms and can't find what I'm looking for. I have just flashed a new rom to my TP and everything looks good EXECPT the Comm Manager. (see screen shot) I have see this before, but for the life of me can't figure out how to get it fixed. Has anyone else run into this b/f????

Thanks for the reply, but I have tried this one with the kitchen build. The problem with this one is that when you select "comm manager" from the setting menu it fails to launch. The only way that you can get it to launch is by selecting it in the system menu. Have you got any more ideas as what might be causing this? I know that it's something in the build of the rom, but I just can't figure out what it is...
