Customize All Buttons

If I recall there was a program out there that allows you to customize ALL the buttons on a WinMo device.

I'm having issues with the Home and <- buttons on my phone, and I'm wondering if the issues are windows related; or if the buttons just aren't generally being recieved by the hardware as what they are.

I figure a program that will let me customize them will allow me to see if the key-press is being accepted alright, and to revert the software back to HOME and OK, buttons.

If anyone can think of this program- let me know.
