aparently not because if you did use that and used the right key words you would find a guide on how to flash and "best 6.5 rom" is an opinion question so you will get lots of different answers and a lot of users will just say to try all different ones

for 6.5 roms i cant say anything. i only tried one and didnt like it, but if you wanna try a 6.1 rom i can give you my imput
